Remembrance concert

Ripon City Band played a remembrance concert in Ripon Cathedral again this year. It was an honour to play at this event, and we were pleased to share the stage with The Dishforth Military Wives Choir, Eva Scullion, a choir of children from local schools and several other groups. It was great to see a full cathedral! A presentation was shown which comprised of pictures taken of Ripon during the war - while this was playing the band played reflective music and it was extremely moving!
