Ripon Races and band social

Ripon Races Saturday 20th July

Ripon City Band played an entertaining programme all afternoon at Ripon Racecourse on Saturday 20th July. This year we had a particular highlight of some ladies dancing to a Tom Jones Medley that we played! We love seeing people enjoying the music that we play!

Following the afternoon of playing at the races the band went back to the bandroom for a band social (BBQ, music quiz and a few drinks). It was a lovely event - we even announced that we had a band mascot called Chess.
